Thereafter Paul founded the successful outsourced marketing company Wall To Wall Sunshine, (WTWS) providing boardroom level marketing strategy and direction with a firm emphasis on achieving business growth.
Whereas the implementation of the strategy would formally have been delivered by WTWS, the emphasis is now on building a client’s internal marketing team strengths and skills via a committed long-term strategic partnership. Whilst maintaining a focus on strategy and critically the commercial competitiveness and profitability of the business, Paul liaises between boardroom and marketing teams to provide directorship, support and mentoring for those resources to deliver key initiatives.
